The opening match of the Rugby World Cup, pitting hosts England against Fiji, will be refereed by Jaco Peyper. On his team will be two other South Africans - Stuart Berry and Shaun Veldsman - and Ireland's John Lacey. The Boks' first match is on 19 September against Japan.
